THE ORGANIZATION'S MINISTRY MAY ALSO INCLUDE OUTREACHES TO THOSE IN JAIL, PENITENTIARIES AND OTHER DETENTION OR PENAL FACILITIES. SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS MAY BE PROVIDED TO THOSE NEEDY OR UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN WHO ARE IN NEED OF HELP.
