Ellison's Community Outreach Center is in the process of being built and hopefully will have it's doors opened by late June 2002. The Center is being established to meet the needs of the youths (age 16-24) mainly from disadvantage families in the San Bernardino County Area. The goal of the Center is to create a program that would enlighten and empower young people to become leaders and productive citizens in our society by learning a functional yet educational trade(s) in construction and computer technology, and by gaining independency and becoming a member of the working force of America.
