Homeless Outreach Team Information:
The Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) serve individuals who are homeless through a continuum of care, outreach, emergency shelter, intake and assessment, transitional housing and support services, with the goal of gaining or regaining economic self-sufficiency. Services are provided through regularly weekly outreach and in the office by appointment. This program serves the entire county. Assisted Living Program provides short-term sponsorship financial placement to eligible disabled individuals. Assists disabled homeless individuals with expedited SSI applications under the SOAR program.
