Their mission is to empower individuals with the ability to live a healthy spiritual driven life, to improve their understanding of the word of God, and to encourage participation in community development projects.

The new ministry called “Fresh Start Faith Outreach” is designed to help homeless, low income and Christian inmates to have a place to stay for no more than two years, so that they could learn how to become self-sufficient and a productive person in society.
