OKLAHOMA OUTREACH FOUNDATION WILL, THROUGH GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, AND ORGANIZATIONS, SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS: ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION OF ADOLESCENT REFERRALS FROM SCHOOLS AND THE COMMUNITY FOR PROBLEMS WITH THE USE AND ABUSE OF ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUGS. SCHOLARSHIPS TO INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT TREATMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD TREATMENT.
