Outreach Christian Fellowship was formed in 1998 by James Walker. He was a pastor for forty two years before forming this organization to assist missionaries with a legal covering, receive and disperse their funds from contributors as well as printing and mailing a monthly news letter for them. In addition to these services we provide on the field visits to assist with training seminars, encouragement and other needed areas. As funds are available we provide medical and food supplies. We have helped with work teams and provided housing for disaster relief. We sponsor children, have trade schools and work closely with local missionaries.
