Youth Outreach Services provide apprenticeship for welfare recipients, ex-offenders, and referred juveniles, and internship for college students and after-school programs for middle school and high school students. Additional services are group counseling, college-bound assistance, job placement assistance, workshops, guest speakers and job fairs.
